A 44-year-old man, resident in the Pontine capital and domiciled in Torre Annunziata, was arrested in Latina, in execution of the order issued by the Court for the crimes of possession for the purpose of dealing in narcotics and bankruptcy crimes, committed in Torre Annunziata. His partner, a 54-year-old, was also arrested for the same crimes. Both were transferred to prison.
During the morning of June 30th in Latina, the Carabinieri of the local station, after days of shadowing, arrested a citizen born in 1980, resident in Latina and domiciled in Torre Annunziata (NA), in execution of the order issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Latina, for the crimes of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing e artt 216, 219 r.d. 267/1942 bankruptcy lawcommitted in Torre Annunziata (NA) in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
In the same context, the operating military also arrested inside the home of the 44-year-old, his partner, a citizen born in 70, resident in Torre Annunziata (LT) and domiciled in Latina, in execution of the provision issued by the criminal enforcement office of the Court of Appeal of Naples for the same crimes.
The arrested men, after completing the formal procedures, were respectively transferred to the Latina prison to serve the sentence of 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment for him, while she was transferred to the Rome Rebibbia prison, where she will serve the residual sentence of 5 years and 8 months of imprisonment.
