June 27, 2024 – Cluster Reply, a Reply group company specializing in Microsoft technology, has obtained the Microsoft Partner of the Year 2024 award for Italy. The company has been recognized among the top Microsoft partners worldwide for excellence in implementing innovative solutions for its customers based on Microsoft technology.

The “Microsoft Country Partner of the Year” award recognizes Microsoft partners nationwide who have developed and provided innovative solutions based on Microsoft technologies over the past year. Award winners are selected from a pool of more than 4,700 nominations from more than 100 countries around the world. Cluster Reply was awarded for standing out for the level of its offering of solutions and services, for the results obtained in the Italian market and for the ability demonstrated in supporting the growth of its customers, in addition to its commitment to the AI initiative Lab aimed at maximizing the positive impact of new technologies and supporting responsible adoption of generative AI in Italy.
The award was also awarded thanks to project created by Cluster Reply for MAIRE that leverages the Microsoft Sustainability Manager solution to automate the collection, visualization and processing of environmental data. This collaboration demonstrates the commitment to integrating new Microsoft technologies and the focus on sustainability. The solution has been expanded to incorporate new features, such as a chatbot, based on Azure OpenAI services, to allow users to access information on sustainability topics. At the same time, the solution has been extended to facilitate MAIRE in collecting data from internal and external stakeholders, creating customized dashboards and generating easy-to-read reports.
In addition to the Partner of the Year for Italy, Reply, with Valorem Replythe Group’s company specialized in providing innovative solutions based on Microsoft technology, won the award Nonprofit 2024 Microsoft Partner of the Year.
