The conference “Property Law: Protection and Incentives” inaugurates the cycle of advanced training seminars dedicated to the protection and promotion of real estate rights.
The meeting, which will be held on Friday 28 June, starting at 9.30 am, in the Conference Room of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Palermo, will see the participation of illustrious experts and professionals in the sector.
The meeting organized by the Higher School of Magistracy – territorial structure of Palermo, Confedilizia, Italian Lawyers Association, Order of Engineers of Palermo, Council of the Order of Lawyers of Palermo and Order of accountants and auditors of Palermo and Termini aims to give a overview of real estate property law which represents one of the fundamental pillars of the legal system of every nation and which guarantees owners full control and management of their real estate assets, while offering a series of legal protections to protect this right from abuse or violation .
After the institutional greetings from the president of the accountants’ association, Nicolò La Barbera, speeches will be given by Alessia Giampietro, Training Magistrate of the decentralized structure of Palermo SSM; Dario Greco, President of the Palermo Bar Association; Vincenzo Di Dio, President of the Order of Engineers of Palermo; Pietro Alosi, President of the Italian Lawyers Association. The introductory report is entrusted to Giorgio Spaziani Testa, National President of Confbuilding.
