State of progress of the PNRR projects in the Municipality of Latina: the topic was discussed in the Commission
In the Planning Commission, the offices represented by engineer Vagnozzi reported to the commissioners a general picture on the progress of the PNRR projects.
“We are talking – explains the Fratelli d’Italia municipal councilor, Serena Baccini – about five projects concerning “digitalisation and innovation”. Among these, three concluded and two activated for a total of 1,591,830.00 euros. Six projects on the “green revolution and ecological transaction”, where we have 2 active, concerning the extraordinary maintenance and safety of school buildings owned by the Municipality of Latina, for a total of 7 million including projects already concluded.
There are many projects that fall within the “cohesion and inclusion” mission. 15 total of which one is completed and the other 14 are activated. Among these we mention the redevelopment of the Falcone e Borsellino park, that of the former school in via Milazzo, the intervention for the reuse of the former printing press in Viale XVIIIdec, the creation of the “Nuova Latina” outdoor sports center, and others which specifically concern the social services sector such as that on extreme poverty Housing first and post stations, the strengthening of home social services and independence paths for people with disabilities, for a total of around 17 million.
Finally, there are the two major projects: “full sails” and “rioni Nicolosi and Frizzotti” of the National Innovative Program for the Quality of Living where the promoter is ATER for a total of 28,800,000.00. Most of the projects mentioned have an expected completion deadline of 31 March 2026. Certainly an important load for the administration which is however determined to respect the established deadlines, ensuring that each program is completed successfully and on time . As chair of the planning commission, I will be involved in monitoring developments relating to individual projects.
The PNRR – concludes Baccini – represents a unique growth opportunity for the city of Latina which will have a significant impact on the quality of life of citizens”.
