On Thursday 27 June from 8.30 pm to 11 pm in the square of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mercy in Savona, the penultimate event of the cultural cycle “Authors on display in places of listening” will take place, organized by the Paoline Bookshop with the patronage of the Municipality and in collaboration with Opere Sociali NS di Misericordia.
The topic “The square – Place of listening in the name of politics” will be discussed. The square is an indispensable place for human beings. How were the squares of Savona designed? In the square you can also bring ideas of social renewal and protest and it can happen that a square calls for help from other squares. We will discuss this with Tommaso Badano, Giovanni Gallotti, Alessandro Venturelli, Carlo Cerva and Paolo Traverso.
From 3.30 pm you can take part in the excursion “History and nature in the Adelasia forest” together with Paola Bussino. Reservations are required within the previous day by calling Roberto Fiaschi of the Paoline Library on his mobile number 3472512535.
