“As a trade union organization we would like to understand the reasons for this so-called ‘restyling’ and express our concerns about the possible repercussions of this operation on the workers we represent – they continue -. Those workers who instead see some of their economic items stopped for some time now, such as the production bonus defined a few years ago, and who do not even see some economic allowances provided for by the national contract recognized; this despite our repeated requests and for which we would not like to be forced to open legal disputes with the company”.
