Quore, a Doric reality born in 2022 from an idea of ​​entrepreneurs with thirty years of experience in gastronomy and catering, proposes itself as a Cicerone of a food and wine journey capable of celebrating the excellence of the Marche Region, and does so through the interesting event dedicated to knowledge and local flavors “From the Vine to the Table”.

The Ancona company, in collaboration with theCriluma Travel Agency and the Marche region, has created a calendar full of events, designed to immerse yourself in the culinary tradition of the Marche, with the aim of proposing taste experiences capable of going beyond simple tasting. In fact, the events are designed to let participants discover both the ancient flavors of typical Marche dishes and the stories of local producers, who every day with courage and commitment promote their territory with unique products. Among these, we cannot fail to mention the iconic Rosso Conero, the Craft Beers, the Crescia Marchigiana, the Ascolane Olives and much more.

FRIDAY 28 JUNE 2024

Tasting at the Camerano Caves with guided tour (5.00pm – 7.00pm): Menu based on Offagna porchetta with artisanal bread, Ascolana olives, Crescia artisanal pizzas, artisanal beer from the San Germano Brewery. Cost: €15

Dinner in the Vigna degli Estensi winery, Loc. Roncitelli (8.00 pm): Menu with welcome in the vineyard accompanied by Brut Rosé, Ascoli fish olives, cod foam with flavored bread sticks, slice of varolo spinach, buffalo milk and confit red onion, crescia spinata with stracciatella and Adriatic anchovies, risotto with mantis shrimp and Adriatic clams, roasted octopus with creamed potato crumble with squid ink and dried tomato. Koris Marche Fiano IGT wine and Soteria Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore wine. Chocolate mousse tartlet with angelica pear and blond Piceno orange. Musical entertainment included. SATURDAY 29 JUNE 2024

Aperitif at the Umani Ronchi Osimo winery with guided tour of the cellar (5.00pm – 7.00pm): Menu based on octopus salad, seafood salad, Ancona-style moscioli, fish Ascoli olive, artisanal crescia, hand-stretched breadsticks. Accompanying wines: Verdicchio Casal di Serra, Classic Method Sparkling Wine LH2. Cost: €25

Dinner at the Quore Laboratory, Via Sacripanti AN (8.00 pm): Menu with tasting of mini burgers: pulled pork from the brand’s pig, scottona, ‘ncip ‘nciap chicken, Ascolana olives and platter of local cured meats and cheeses, ciavattone with fake Marche ragù, braised shank with IPA craft beer, caramelised onion, semifreddo, Montelabbate peach and anise cream. Accompanying wines: Lacrima Ius Lacrimae DOC, Verdicchio Classico Superiore ’22, craft beer from the Mastio Brewery, sour cherry flavored wine. Musical entertainment included. Cost: €39
