The negotiations between Inter and Genoa for Josep Martinez continue. An operation which, after Gaetano Oristanio’s “no” to the transfer to Liguria, can be carried out even without the inclusion of technical counterparts. So he writes Tuttosport: “Meanwhile, yesterday Inter took great steps to secure Josep Martinez who will start as Sommer’s deputy but has the great chance of becoming his heir. The operation – as anticipated – does not include any quid pro quo (Genoa will then take a player from Inter, but the two deals will be on separate tracks) and is well channeled with the goalkeeper’s price tag valued at 13 million plus 2 in bonuses.
Inter intends to monetize as much as possible from the sale of Oristanio (who prefers the Venice option where however they offer Tessmann instead of money: for this reason Verona could win). Genoa, in the event of Ekuban’s sale, could be interested in Satriano and in addition there is the Zanotti option, who also has a market in Switzerland“.
