New clinics and a waiting room dedicated to Enrico Gobbi have been inaugurated in Dermatology in Ravenna

New premises inaugurated at the Dermatology department of the Ravenna hospital. The recently renovated spaces include the new waiting room, equipped with a patient wait management system with wall-mounted monitors and completely renovated furnishings, a new check-in point, two new clinics and a new meeting room available to the medical and nursing staff. The spaces were recovered, renovating the rooms adjacent to the department which were part of the Antalgic Therapy Operational Unit.

The new waiting room consists of two rooms, both equipped with completely new furnishings and a call system, via monitor, which allows us to guarantee respect for privacy and better management of the spaces, reducing possible crowding.
The second room was designed in particular for patients coming from the General Emergency Department, from the dermatological Fast Track, from the new CAU clinics, from the inpatient departments and for patients sent with urgent requests by the General Practitioner.

The first of the two new renovated clinics will be intended for patients suffering from severe psoriasis, severe atopic dermatitis and rare and complex dermatological diseases, in particular those requiring treatment with systemic drugs and biological drugs.
The second renovated clinic will instead be dedicated to patients suffering from melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers and has been equipped with a latest generation videodermatoscope, a fundamental tool for making an early diagnosis of skin cancers.
