A WEEK DEDICATED TO WELL-BEING – Already from Sunday 30 June a week dedicated to well-being will begin, in which to regenerate in a naturally therapeutic context, among the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and of the Adamello Group in a valley – Val Rendena – rich in water and woods, experimenting with a new way of experiencing a holiday, a tourism that enhances the synergy between nature and well-being. Experts in health, movement, breathing and wellbeing will take turns to guide the participant towards a healthy lifestyle, focusing on psycho-physical well-being. The Festival is an opportunity to recharge with positive energy, train and inform yourself, free your mind and also make new friends with like-minded people. And become the protagonist of your own change, choosing from a vast range of outdoor activities: from fitness to yoga, from trekking to relaxation, from high altitude experiences to enlightening conferences and much more.

THE PROGRAM – The program for all ages is very rich, with experiences and physical activities conducted by experts from 1st to 7th July, which brings into play the concept of multidimensional health – with attention to the physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental and spiritual levels – in which a new awareness will be acquired towards the choice of healthy lifestyles, functional to healthy longevity, keeping muscles and brain in shape. Because a correct lifestyle, according to the WHO, affects up to 50% on our state of health. The planned experiences include various thematic areas: Wellness Marathon, Longevity Check-up7+, Alpine Vibes, Dosi di Natura, Natural Spa, Wellness Shop Village and the medical-scientific conference “The Health Pyramid” with ECM credits.
