At the end of the race, Kyffin Simpson and Graham Rahal were involved in an accident. Simpson suffered a punctured tire due to a slight contact with Agustin Canapino, resulting in a sudden skid on the track. Rahal had no time to react, resulting in a serious collision that eliminated both drivers from the race with less than ten laps remaining.
