In a few days Todi will regain possession not only of the historic Torre dei Priori, whose restoration is coming to an end, but also of the rooms on the ground floor which overlook five windows onto Piazza del Popolo and another two onto the adjacent Piazza Garibaldi.
These are actually very different cases, because the spaces at the base of the historic medieval palace will “simply” return to the possession of the public body, in the specific case of ETAB, as they will be definitively left by Monte dei Paschi, which has already interrupted its presence in recent months.
This is one very sought after space from a commercial point of view, albeit with the need to be re-adapted in the internal structure and in the provision of any other services. A large space, however, and therefore suitable for activities that require a certain surface area, but also representation, given its happy location.
Given the ownership of the asset, its allocation on the market will take place with public tender procedures by ETAB, probably also in agreement with the Municipality, but it is not yet known whetherand to the simple auction to the highest bidder or with a structured tender to encourage the establishment of certain economic activities over others.
