Breve stop in Manfredonia of the Minister of University and Research, Anna Maria Bernini to support the centre-right candidate Ugo Galli. With Bernini also the regional leaders of Forza Italia led by Mauro D’Attisand the parliamentarian Giandiego Gatta. An endorsement from the Government in favor of Galli. “A young, good and competent candidate, capable of governing an important city like Manfredonia”. The minister said she was very attached to Manfredonia and the Gargano. “For me Manfredonia is an important city, a city that has suffered and that has undergone a commissionership. Manfredonia needs to regain serenity and freedom. And I am sure that with Galli as mayor all this will be possible.”
The minister then announced important news as regards the limited number for admission to Medicine which will soon be overcome. “A fact that fills us with satisfaction – declared Galli -, many young people have been excluded due to questionable entrance tests that are unsuitable for selecting the doctors of tomorrow. But it is also important news with regards to the quality and quantity of the healthcare service offered to citizens, given that the lack of medical personnel greatly compromises the network in the territories. I thank the Minister for this crucial step and I thank her immensely for being here, in Manfredonia, to support my candidacy and our political proposal for the city”.
