And already next Saturday we will return to bring theater and art once again to the center of our challenge of culture of change towards a society that looks at diversity as a wealth, a resource and not simply as “in need of”, with the Theater “against every barrier” of our “Waiting for the Jester 2024” review with the last show scheduled.
On Saturday 22 June at 8.30 pm in the air-conditioned Theater Hall of the Jobel Center in Trani, the show “Cosmix” will be staged by the Teatro Accua of Urbino and directed by Gianni Villa: a performance freely inspired by Italo Calvino’s Cosmicomiche, a series of short stories in a humorous and paradoxical key born from the colloquial and imaginative treatment of scientific theories relating to the universe, evolution, time and space.
To welcome the spectators there will be at 8.30 pm “Tarallucci and wine” organized by the Locanda del Giullare with tasting of local wine and taralli prepared in the Cooking Laboratory of the services Socio-Educational and Rehabilitation Day Center and House for Life “Centro Jobel” .
Show curtain at 9.00 pm and conclusion: opening of the Jester’s Truck with the possibility of enjoying sandwiches and cold drinks.

Edition no. 16 of the Festival Il Giullare 2024 will instead start on 4 July 2024 with a first event that will take place thanks to the precious availability of the Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of BAT and Foggia at the Atrio of Palazzo Valenzano, headquarters of the State Archives: to open a month of events there will be the welcome return of the duo Massimo Tagliata (multi-instrumentalist accordionist, blind arranger) and Andrea Dessì (guitarist-composer), who will allow us to listen to the most beautiful soundtracks in acoustic version, with the magic of the guitar and accordion passing through the timeless successes of Astor Piazzolla up to the compositions for great artists such as Biagio Antonacci. Entrance will be free but with limited places and therefore reservations required on the ilgiullare.it website.
