The same was arrested because burdened by a European arrest warrant issued by Germany for a final sentence of 5 years and 9 months for aggravated robbery crimes, criminal incitement, voluntary personal injury, all crimes committed in Germany in 2015.

The man, aware of the sentence issued in 2022, had seen fit to return to live in Italy in the vain hope of escaping German justice: he was associated with the Novara prison at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
