As has already happened in recent weeks for the Napoli Fest and for events between Boccadasse, Pegli and Voltri, the Municipality has ordered the suspension of the anti-alcohol ordinance for the Genoa fans’ party. The exemption was granted for the days of Friday 5 and Saturday 6 July 2024 on the occasion of the ‘Rossoblù Festival’ organized by the ‘Figgi do Zena Supporters Genoa Aps’ Association, which will take place at the Cavagnaro gardens in Val Bisagno, between the hours 5pm and 11.59pm.

“The municipal administration attaches interest to the promotional activities of the territory carried out by the event in question – we read in the document published on the noticeboard -, due to the potential triggering of phenomena of social aggregation and virtuous forms of entertainment”.

The decision was taken with the favorable opinion of the councilor for commerce and the commander of the local police, the document also explains that “the patrons must be recognizable by virtue of the possession of a specific personalized bracelet” and that “the organizers of the event put all necessary precautions are in place so that, where necessary, there is a suitable number of containers for the collection of containers of drinks and food consumed during the event”.
