Brescia. There is a clear gap between the evaluation on the Rigamonti stadium of the Municipality of Brescia (16.8 million euros) and that of Brescia Calcio (5.85 million euros).
As reported The newspaper of Brescia, in the last few hours, the sworn report by the via Solferino club was deposited at Palazzo Loggia, according to which there are as many as 11 million difference between the estimates of the municipal administration and that of Massimo Cellino who, it is no secret to anyone, aims to acquire the sports facility.
There are “missing” on the plate the 4 million euros that the biancoblù club has already spent on the renovation works and which concern the stands, lighting system, changing rooms, gates and store boxes, but the value of 5.6 million referring to the area in which the stadium is located is also contested which, according to the Brescia Calcio report, it would not be worth 90 euros per square meter, but rather 20 euros per square meteramount extendable up to a maximum of 30 euros m2.
This indicates a disparity between the value attributed by Palazzo Loggia to the area in which the plant is located (of 5.6 million euros) and that of the swallows’ appraisal (1 million and 870 thousand euros).
Via Solferino also highlights the obsolescence of the structure, dating back to 1959; the age of the stadium must also take into account, according to the Cellino experts, any demolition costs, equal to 2.5 million euros. By making (in this case) the necessary subtractions, according to Brescia Calcio we therefore arrive at a total value of less than 6 million euros.
