Terni, Tempus Vitae brings art therapy to prison

The “Another World” art therapy journey has ended, which began in May 2023, at the Terni prison by the art therapist Alessia Angelucci as part of the CambiaMenti project of the Tempus Vitae association.

The final day with the delivery of the certificates in the presence of the representatives of the Institute, the Tempus Vitae association and the participating children, highlighted the path undertaken on emotional management and awareness through the display of the numerous pictorial drawings and writing texts creative, produced in the various laboratories.

“We thank the management, the educators and the penitentiary police force, who allowed the realization of this project action, and the children who participated with interest in the process” underline from Tempus Vitae.

“Another world” is one of the actions of the CambiaMenti project promoted and managed by the Tempus Vitae association with the contribution of the Carit Foundation. The Project saw the implementation of activities aimed at adolescents and young adults, as well as their families, in order to prevent situations of youth hardship, raise their awareness of current social issues that are rampant in our local context, and orient them in the world of training and work.
