Brescia, a religious teacher arrested for child pornography: explicit images on a student’s cell phone

In Brescia a professor of religionforty-year-old, married and father of a family, who teaches ten classes in a private high school, was arrested and is under house arrest on charges of child pornography. The complaint came from parents of one of his sixteen-year-old students: they found images, messages and explicit material on their daughter’s cell phone. With the arrest – as reported by the Brescia newspaper – the search and seizure of the tablet, computer and mobile phone of the professional who has long combined his legal career with that of teaching also began: He is a criminal lawyer at the Brescia Bar.

Although the confidentiality of the Brescia Prosecutor’s Office is maximum, it seems that the first analysis of the IT equipment has not only confirmed the accusations, but even the overall picture would be even more burdensome at the expense of man. The analysis of the teacher’s cell phone will be key, but equally important now is to understand from the sixteen-year-old whether there are other girls involved: in recent days her parents have been questioned, which has started the investigation.
