«The works will be carried out in coordination with the other bodies managing the sub-services and public infrastructures so as to guarantee maximum operational efficiency – explains the councilor for Public Works, Sandro Zampese -. They will essentially consist of milling the existing wearing surface, raising and replacing road manholes and creating new bituminous conglomerate paving. Furthermore, during the summer months there will be interventions to redevelop poor pavements and eliminate architectural barriers.”

«We wanted to plan a series of interventions for a total investment of 1.5 million euros which will remedy the damage caused by the rainfall that characterized the winter and spring – concludes the mayor Mario Conte -. We will intervene in the historic center and in the neighborhoods according to a defined program which also considers the presence of construction sites and roads. I thank the councilor Sandro Zampese and the Public Works sector who immediately followed up on this need which looks at accessibility and road safety, given that the pavements will also be restored”.
