A ticket capable of changing your life. This is what happened to the lucky player who last June 5th at the Gilez bar in Massa scratched a “Billionaire Maxi” ticket and managed to win the record sum of 2 million euros.
There are many regular customers at the bar and this makes it even more difficult to discover the identity of the winner who, I’m sure, if he scratched the ticket inside the bar, must have been very good at concealing his state of joy and surprise when he was aware of the victory. Initially, suspicions fell on some regular customers but over time the most viable lead seems to be that of an occasional, passing customer. There are some ideas but, of course, the evidence is lacking.
For the city of Massa this is the biggest win. In the province, however, the record remains that recorded in 2009 when in Bagnone, Luinigiana, 149 million euros were won with a Superenalotto ticket.
