The subscription campaign continues for the new theater and dance season Altri Mondi of the Municipality of Bari-Teatro Pubblico Pugliese at the Teatro Piccinni. After the pre-emption phase for old subscribers, from tomorrow June 19th new subscriptions will be available, available until July 26th at the Teatro Piccinni box office (from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm) and, after the summer break, from 2 September onwards.
Twelve subscription shows for four days from Thursday to Sunday (Thursday at 7.30pm, Friday at 9pm, Saturday at 8pm – new – and Sunday at 6.30 pm): dance, special events and two drama segments, “Nuove Rotte” for the new drama shows and “Terraferma” for the traditional.
The titles and names on the bill: Alessandro Haber with Zeno’s conscience by Italo Svevo from 24 to 27 October, Paolo Rossi with This evening we will perform the subject – The Pirandello method from 14 to 17 November, Fausto Cabra with the Misanthrope by Molière from 28 November to 1 December, Emilio Solfrizzi and Carlotta Natoli In the‘duck in orange sauce from 12 to 15 December, Massimiliano Gallo with Lovers directed by Ivan Cotroneo from 9 to 12 January, Filippo Timi in the’Hamlet² from 16 to 19 January, Natalino Balasso and Michele di Mauro neither The great magic by Eduardo De Filippo from 23 to 26 January. It’s still The great void(from 6 to 9 February), the show with which Fabiana Iacozzilli concludes his Wind Trilogy inaugurated with The Classee continued with A huge thinga work about the family and its dissolution, with a plot that revolves around the main character, an elderly woman, a talented former actress, suffering from Alzheimer’s and Oedipus Rex Of Andrea De Rosawith Oedipus played by Marco Foschi, alongside Roberto Latini in the role of Tiresias, from February 20th to 23rd.
The show is also available with subscription Alessio Boni (the ironic and funny Iliad. The Game of the Gods)text by Francesco Niccolini from 6 to 9 March, directed by Roberto Aldorasi, Alessio Boni and Marcello Prayer.
To these titles, subscribers will be able to add another theater show and a dance show of their choice.
For the Theater it will be possible to choose between: Other Libertinesa production Licia Lanera Company / Ravenna Teatro /Teatro delle Albe with Licia Lanera (who also directs), by Pier Vittorio Tondelli, with Giandomenico Cupaiuolo, Danilo Giuva, Roberto Magnani (23 and 24 November 2024, REGIONAL PREMIERE); Richard IIIby William Shakespeare, with Paolo Panaro and with the actors of the Diaghilev Company (1 and 2 March) FIRST REGIONAL; Malalingua Company with A Saturday with friends, by Andrea Camilleri, adaptation and staging by Marco Grossi (15 and 16 March). The project of Hamlet’s Millthe powerful, touching, cutting: Tous des oiseaux / Like birds by Wajdi Mouawad – Lebanese-Canadian writer, director, filmmaker, directed by Marco Lorenzi and translated by Monica Capuani (12 and 13 April), which tells of the love story between a young man of Israeli origin and a girl of Arab, in a historical reality made of conflicts, pain, hatred, attacks.
For dance it will be possible to choose between: Spellbound Contemporary Ballet with Recollection Of A Falling,(5 December 2024) choreography by Jacopo Godani and Mauro Astolfi; COB Opus Ballet Company / La Versiliana Festival Foundation: Callas, Callas, Callas, choreography by Adriano Bolognino, Carlo Massari and Roberto Tedesco (31 January); MM Contemporary Dance Company: Duo D’Eden/Grosse Fugue/Weirdochoreography by Maguy Marin and Enrico Morelli (February 16); and finally Southern Ballet: Wassily B3/Lazarus Effect (April 5) choreographies by Fredy Franzutti.
