The Edu-larp to IT call is now underway, a European project aimed at young people between 17 and 25 years old and aimed at creating an experience that brings young people closer to the world of business with the tools of role playing and travel.

Edu-larp to IT is an Erasmus+ project which brings together two organisations, the Sardinian Studio L&P and the Turkish BAS-Arı, brought together to offer young participants an Educational Live Action Role-Playing on the business by actively involving young people from the two nations. Young people will choose a type of business in which they would like to have experience or work. The Edu-larp, a role-playing game, will represent the chosen corporate context and, through the Edu-larp itself, young people will take on different roles and experience experiential situations typical of the world of work. The young people of the two nations will participate in a path that will allow them to improve their English language, digital skills, learn more about their potential and acquire other useful knowledge and skills to be able to enter the world of work more consciously and live, as best as possible, the Edu-larp experience.

The project is an important opportunity to discover the beauty of Europe and work with peers from other nations.

“The Edu-larp to IT project is nothing more than an educational role-playing game aimed at transferring the pleasure of doing business to young people” explains Gabriella Longu, president of the Studio L&P Association. “The project was born within the European Erasmus+ Program within an action that promotes individual mobility for the purposes of learning of European students and young people, encouraging participation, cooperation, innovation and inclusion in the field of education and training. In my capacity as Erasmus+ Ambassador, I am particularly committed to promoting this initiative, which can also involve adults”, explains Longu.

“Young people who attend school can also participate – he continues – because, apart from the 4/5 days they will spend in Turkey, the project will take up two half days a week and will take place at times that do not impact on the school curriculum. It is a beautiful opportunities for the kids and we would be happy to see many young people from Quarto participate.”
