Through scrupulous research, Marascia tells us a raw story, a femicide that occurred in 1903 in Mazara del Vallo, traveling with delicacy and depth into the lives and thoughts of the witnesses of the woman’s tragic end.

A timely introspection that makes us see the same story from different angles; an exercise in style as impetuous as the winds that accompany the narrative.
