TRENT. AND Luca Tabbiani the new coach ofAC Trento 1921: after days of waiting, here is the long-awaited “white smoke”. The negotiations between the Ligurian coach and the yellow-blue club seemed to have cooled, and instead this morning the official press release confirming the agreement for this season with an option to renew until 2026.
Born in Genoa on 13 February 1979, Tabbiani at the end of a long career as a footballer which saw him wear the shirts of Genoa, Mestre, Trento (23 appearances in the 2001/02 season)Cremonese, Bari, Triestina, Pisa, Lecco and Sestri Levante, in 2014 he embarked on his journey as a coach on the Vado bench.
Experience that precedes that of managing Lavagnese and Savona. In the 2019/2020 season he arrives at Fiorenzuolain D serieswhere he remained for four seasons, first obtaining promotion to C series and then two direct salvations. In the first part of the 2023/2024 season he leads the CataniaIn the group Cand then returned to the bench in January Fiorenzuola.
The deputy also arrives with him at Briamasco Michele Coppolawith whom Tabbiani has already worked in recent seasons.
There official presentation of the new Trento coach to the media and fans is scheduled for Friday to the stadium press room.
