A restaurant in via della Gronda closed for 30 days

Viareggio – The Carabinieri Company Command of Viareggio has notified the owner of the commercial activity “Argana”, located in Viareggio via della Gronda, of the temporary closure decree for 30 days, issued by the Police Commissioner of the Province of Lucca

The provision comes following a series of checks and interventions carried out by the staff of the Viareggio Police Station and the Carabinieri Company Headquarters, in which disturbances of public order and security were found, creating inconvenience even at night for residents.

The latest police checks, carried out by the NAS and NIL personnel of the Carabinieri alerted by the numerous reports of noise, fights and degradation, have led to the imposition of sanctions regarding hygiene and the use of “illegal” workers who have led to intervene with the application of the immediate suspension of commercial activity.

Already from the first moments in which the closure measure was notified, the residents expressed a series of thanks for having restored dignity and tranquility to the neighborhood.

Another place in the area had already been closed twice, a private club in front of which the same episodes of violence and noise occurred.
