Reggio. Stria awarded by Gambero Rosso as the best bakery in Italy

Stria Pane e Cucina di Reggio Emilia received the nomination “Bakery of the Year 2025” today in Rome from Red shrimp, the first editorial group of Italian food and wine. The awards ceremony took place on Monday morning at the Spazio Field of Palazzo Brancaccio, by Annalisa Zordan, in the presence of the leaders of the group of super experts who constantly monitor Italy far and wide to detect the quality of restaurants, kitchens, bakeries, companies, artisan products, large and small local businesses.
The nomination for best Italian Bakery was awarded to Lorella Bragliafounder and president of Forno Stria, together with the group’s partner and marketing director Elisa Tribuzio. The award will be published in the new edition of the Gambero Rosso Guide in the Bread and bakers section.

Founded in Reggio Emilia in 2015 as an organic bread company based on sourdough, from ancient stone-ground grains, Forno Stria first opened the Pane e Cucina Bakery in via Montefiorino 7, and recently also a new shop in via San Carlo 11 /b, close to Piazza Fontanesi in the city centre.
