The IRAS of Rovigo has opened a public competition for the formation of a ranking of Social Health Workers (OSS), with a deadline for sending applications by 28 June 2024. Here is an overview of the requirements, selection and methods of submission of the application:
Required Requirements:
- General Requirements:
- Italian citizenship or one of the member states of the European Union, or other categories specified in the announcement.
- Enjoyment of civil and political rights.
- Turning 18 years of age.
- Registration on the electoral lists.
- Absence of pending criminal convictions, disqualifications, or measures that exclude appointment to public bodies.
- Absence of dismissal or exemption from employment in a Public Administration.
- Full physical fitness for employment.
- Specific Requirements:
- Achievement of compulsory schooling.
- Certificate of qualification as a Social Health Worker.
Selection Mode:
The selection will take place through an oral selective test with theoretical-practical content on various topics, including principles of residential care for the frail elderly, hygiene and assistance in hygienic care, first aid, safety, professional ethics, social and health legislation, and other related topics to the profession.

How to Submit Your Application:
- Via Telematics: The application must be submitted by 28 June 2024 via the inPA portal, by connecting to the link specified in the Notice (you can find everything in the Notice above). Authentication can take place via SPID, CIE or CNS.
- Traditional street: Extraordinarily, it is possible to send the application directly to IRAS:
- By registered mail with return receipt to the address: Protocol Office, Via G. Giro, 3, 45100 Rovigo.
- Hand delivered to the IRAS headquarters.
- By certified email (PEC) to the address [email protected].
