The start of summer will be confirmed on the calendar next week, but for sea lovers the season has already begun. This morning the Pane e Pomodoro beach was overrun by swimmers, thanks to the now high temperatures.
Over the next week there will be a further rise in the mercury in Bari too which will reach peaks of 36 degrees over the weekend.
Tomorrow, Monday 17 June, the skies over the Apulian capital will be slightly cloudy in the morning and clear for the rest of the day. Temperatures will fluctuate between 23 and 26 degrees.
The first leap towards the heat, according to 3BMeteo experts, should arrive on Wednesday 19 June, with highs that could reach 30 degrees. The meteorological trend will continue on Thursday and will reach its peak over the weekend.
In fact, a further surge in temperatures is expected on Friday 21 June, with maximum temperatures that could reach 32 degrees. The first heat peak of this summer should be recorded on Saturday 22 June, with the mercury reaching 36 degrees.
The heat is expected to persist in Bari also on Sunday 23 June, with a slight decrease in temperatures.
