Rigano, Global Social Inclusive: “A party beyond competition”

“It went very well – says Antonella Rigano, president of Global Social Inclusive – all the athletes are satisfied. More than a tournament it was a celebration with moments of joy and conviviality. Even if we are opponents on the pitch, the spirit is that we are all friends and in solidarity with each other. The invitation we make to all people is to try and get involved. Global Social Inclusive will have an end-of-season solidarity dinner to thank those who supported us and we hope it will be full of people who can support us in the future to continue doing, and improving, what we do.”

Di Girolamo, Fispic president: “The Federation is happy”

“The organization went very well – Sandro Di Girolamo, president of the Italian Paralympic Sports Federation for the Visually Impaired and the Blind, is keen to underline – and there were some great finals. We saw quality blind tennis. All the boys were happy and as a federation we were happy to have ended the season here. In the future there will be other events in Messina, there had already been torball and now we played blind tennis. The discipline’s world championship remains to be played in Lignano Sabbiadoro at the end of September.
