The man, in a clear state of psychophysical alteration, was not resigned to the end of their relationship. This is why he had shown up several times in recent days under his ex-girlfriend’s house. Yesterday evening, the harassment degenerated into a real assault. First he shattered the windows, then he physically threw himself against the entrance door of the house and the French windows, taking them with kicks and shoulder thrusts and seriously damaging them.
The woman then called the police, who found the man intent to throw another bottle towards the home of his ex-partner. Even in their presence, the attacker repeatedly continued to insult and threaten to kill the woman who was feeling ill and she was taken to the Lotti hospital in Pontedera. The Army soldiers, who always proceed in these cases with support of the specialized “Task Force”. established at provincial level to combat gender violence, they managed to stop the man and take him to the barracks, where he was arrested.
