During a press conference full of enthusiasm, in the presence of the institutions and representatives of the local economic and entrepreneurial fabric, the hotel management shared the details of this important transition. Ramona Cherchi, general manager of Delta Hotels by Marriott Olbia Sardinia, expressed her pride in this new beginning, underlining the teamwork that made the success of the project possible. With heartfelt words, she thanked all those who contributed, with particular recognition to the De Pascale-Pellegrini family for their commitment and support. «Work is also our family – commented Cherchi, highlighting the importance of attracting young talents in the hospitality sector – We study systems that allow us to have access to human resources who can undertake a work path in this sector because there is a dire need.”

Maurizio De Pascale, owner with Proma Srl, thanked his wife for her initial support and praised the contribution of Ramona Cherchi and the team. «We will work with the Municipality of Olbia, Cipnes Gallura and the Region so that this hotel does not represent a cathedral in the desert, but is the symbol of an important tourist development from a regional perspective», he declared.

Also presented by Giuseppe Meloni, vice-president of the Sardinia Region, who praised the initiative as a positive signal for the entire island, recognizing the importance of an integrated approach that considers accessibility and transport. While the deputy mayor Sabrina Serra expressed her satisfaction with the winter opening of the structure, underlining the importance of a tourist offer active all year round. «This project represents a significant step towards making Olbia a lively and attractive city in every season», said Serra.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Olbia Sardinia stands out for its high-level hospitality, offering 124 rooms, including eight suites, a presidential suite and four new suites equipped with a hydromassage tub and sauna.
