In addition to the situation linked to the attack, the Bologna transfer market is also focused on other profiles, such as that of Cagliari defender Alberto Dossena. The goal is to build a strong and long squad, so as to be able to face all competitions in the best possible way.

Bologna is already following Dossena carefully from the early stages of last championship. Despite a somewhat difficult start, Alberto quickly took over the keys to the Sardinian defence, becoming its pillar. He proved it over the course of season one discreet personality and excellent skills in man marking.
He doesn’t have particular skills with the ball at his feet, but he makes up for it very well with the other characteristics just described. Dossena it was one of the symbols of Cagliari’s salvation during the past season. Palladino’s Fiorentina and Fabregas’ newly promoted Como are also on his trail.
Dossena’s career
Alberto Dossena was born in 1998. His career developed for many years in the minor categories, between Serie B and Serie C. All after spending two years, between 2015 and 2017, in the Atalanta youth team. His first seasons as a professional were complicated, but in the 2021/2022 season has finally found continuity, with 27 appearances in Avellino. His performances attracted the attention of Cagliariwho decided to buy it that summer.
With Liverani initially he didn’t find much space, but the arrival of Claudio Ranieri changed everything. Thanks to him, Dossena became an irremovable starter and the team returned to Serie A after just a year. This season, Alberto has therefore played his first matches in Serie A, among other things with excellent results. For him, in addition to the numerous appearances, also 2 goals (against Juventus and Monza) and 4 assists in the championship.
