“This is demonstrated by the conclusions on immigrationwhich follow the lines of the Mattei Plan, as well as the firm support for Ukraine that our Government has always promoted. The call for a ceasefire in Gaza, together with the request for the release of the hostages and the increase in humanitarian support in the Strip, represents a further step forward for peace in that area. Finally, the G7 reiterated its desire to protect the rights of women and LGBTQIA+ peoplewith the common commitment to work to promote gender equality”.
“From the top all the authority of our country shines through and the climate of respect towards our leadership, which I had already been able to experience on the occasion of the transport ministers’ summit in Milan. Despite the now worn-out controversies of certain leftists, the G7 is a great success for Italy which, with the centre-right in government, has once again become great among the greats”.
