Common Endowment it is a training experience in public administration for unemployed or unemployed people aged 18 or over, resident in Lombardy, organized and promoted by the Lombardy Region, Anci Lombardia, AnciLab and participating local authorities.
Participants have the opportunity to experiment in different institutional settings, becoming, from simple users, also providers of services to citizens, in an experience of active citizenship.
The project has a duration of 12 monthswith a commitment of 20 hours weekly.
Italian citizens, citizens of European Union countries and non-EU citizens with a regular residence permit can participate in the selection for the assignment of a dowry. residents in Lombardyunemployed or unemployed, aged 18 years or over.
The foreign citizen coming from a non-EU country and regularly residing in Italy can carry out the Common Dowry experience in Lombardy according to the methods indicated in the notice, provided they are in possession of the card or residence permit.
There is a monthly internship allowance of 300 euros and at the end of the experience there will be the certification of skills acquired, according to the regional framework of professional standards of the Lombardy Region.
Dote Comune is an internship, therefore a theoretical-practical training experience, Not an employment contract.
On the basis of the new Anci – Lombardy Region Memorandum of Understanding, participation in Dote Comune constitutes completion of the active labor policy. Therefore, the selected candidates who declare that they are unemployed or looking for their first job, therefore falling within the category indicated in article 19 of Legislative Decree 150/2015, will have to stipulate the Personalized Service Agreement in an accredited body for employment services (Centro for employment). Consequently they will have to deliver the Declaration of immediate availability for work (Did).
