Venice-Vis Pesaro, market axis: two young people at stake

The winning collaboration between Venezia and Vis Pesaro it seems destined to continue also in view of next season. In the championship that has just ended, there were in fact seven players owned by the lagoon club who wore the shirt of the red and white team on loan. From goalkeeper Neri to defender Peixoto, through the midfielders Pecile and Da Pozzo, up to the forwards De Vries, Karlsson and Diop: many young orange-greens who, thanks to the excellent relationship between the two clubs, have gone on to gain experience in Serie C contributing to the salvation achieved by the team coached by Roberto Stellone. A situation that, in fact, could be repeated in the next championship.

The Primavera captain in the crosshairs

According to what he writes Il Resto del Carlino, Vis Pesaro would have in fact laid its eyes on two other products from Venezia’s youth sector. Among these is the defender Lorenzo Busato, already a protagonist in some parts of matches with the first team in the Serie B championship. Born in 2004, Busato wore the captain’s armband of the Primavera dei Lagunari in his last season, making a total of 24 appearances in the season, topped by 2 goals scored. Always at Venezia, Busato is one of the symbols of the Venetian club’s youth team and was able to crown it his dream of making his debut with the first team. Following the promotion to Serie A, however, he will be unlikely to find space among the big boys and a loan in Serie C could prove fundamental for his growth path.

Another baby from Venezia towards C

But it’s not just Busato in Vis Pesaro’s thoughts. In fact, the attacking midfielder could also be included in the transfer discussions between the two companies Federico Tavernaro. A year younger than his teammate – he was born in 2005 -, Tavernaro grew up in Montebelluna and Milan, before moving to Venezia in the summer of 2023. With the Primavera he was the protagonist of an important championship, during of which he collected 31 total appearances, with 4 goals and 4 assists, losing the playoff final against Udinese. He can also boast a bench in Serie B last February, without however being able to take away the satisfaction of his debut among the greats. He too – we read – is moving towards a loan to the Pesaro team, who would also like to confirm for another season the winger Lorenzo Da Pozzo (2004), scorer of 3 goals in 23 games in Serie C with Stelllone’s team.
