Albanian citizen accompanied to the maritime border of Ancona for exodus from the national territory

CIVITANOVA MARCHE (MC) – The action to combat the phenomenon of the presence of illegal foreign citizens by the State Police continues.

On Thursday 13th June, staff from the Police Headquarters forcibly accompanied to the maritime border of Ancona, for an exodus from the national territory, a 30 year old Albanian citizendomiciled in Civitanova Marche, in execution of an expulsion order from the national territory, issued by the Prefect of Macerata for serious reasons of public security.

With respect to the aforementioned, the Police Commissioner of Macerata had ordered the revocation of the residence permit as his behavior was deemed dangerous for public order and public safety, in relation to the seriousness of the facts constituting the crime for which he was convicted by the Judicial Authority.

On 13 June, in collaboration with the staff of the Civitanova Marche police station, staff of the Immigration Office notified the border accompaniment decree issued by the Police Commissioner which, following validation by the Justice of the Peace of Macerata, was carried out by accompanying you to the maritime border of Ancona.

The interested party was escorted by specialized personnel from the Police Headquarters to Durazzo (AL). The technical escort service also required the integration of the device with parasanitary personnel from the State Police.

This is an Albanian citizen with numerous criminal records and already subjected to the measure of special public security surveillance, on the national territory, for a long time.
