CREMONA – The final face-to-face between Alessandro Portesani and Andrea Virgilio, before the ballot that will designate the new Mayor of Cremonawill be held in Piazza del Comune on Wednesday 19 June starting at 9pm. Portesani and Virgilio will compete in front of the people of Cremona who will go to the polls on Sunday 23 and Monday 24 June to choose the Mayor of the city. The face-to-face meeting is organized by Cremona1 and the newspaper La Provincia and will be broadcast live on Cremona1 (Channel 19) and on the social networks of CR1 and the newspaper La Provincia.

For Cremona1 this is the second “live” analysis of the programs of the two candidates, after the one that took place in the imminence of the first round, on 5 June, when the six mayoral candidates found themselves on this same stage.

Now it’s the turn of the two candidates in the run-off, divided by a handful of votes, 402 to be exact. They will meet on stage in front of the people of Cremona to present their programs, projects and ideas for the Cremona of the future. They will do so by responding to journalists from Cremona1 and the newspaper La Provincia, who together wanted and promoted the discussion.

An appointment that is therefore renewed and which allows voters to make direct contact with the candidates competing to lead the Municipality of Cremona. Access to Piazza del Comune will be free and all citizens are invited.

The discussion will be moderated by Giovanni Palisto and Lucio Dall’Angelo from Cremona1 and by Paolo Gualandris and Giacomo Guglielmone from La Provincia.
