Catania Pride 15 June 2024: route, program and accessibility

Also Pride returns to Catania in 2024, and this year it was organized on the afternoon of Saturday 15 June. This is the annual parade that aims to proudly claim belonging to the community LGBTQIA+as well as the defense and safeguarding of the rights of the people who are part of it.

In this guide here are the scheduled times of the procession, what the meeting, departure and arrival points are and whether any measures dedicated to accessibility have been envisaged to guarantee the participation of the people with disabilities.

Catania Pride 2024 route and program

As explained by the organizers of the Catania Pride 2024 parade, at 5pm concentration is expected in Piazza Cavour (Piazza Borgo), the point from which the event will then start, which will follow a straight route up to Piazza Università. In between, two decompression zones have been planned: Villa Bellini and Via Spedalieri.
