Giancarlo Mastropasqua goes back to prison with an 8-year sentence and the awareness that, in all probability, without the full confession, it would have ended much worse. The investigating judge ordered extra investigations against the woman and decided on 2 years, 5 months and 10 days in prison; furthermore, the spouses Pietro Pernagallo (prisoner) and Teresa Piarulli (to stay home), aged 57 and 55, from Merlino (Lodi), were sentenced to 6 years and 10 months, and Rocco Parise, 57 years old from Cariati (Lodi), to 5 years Cosenza, also in cell). All accomplices and all judged in summary, which guarantees a discount of one third of the sentence.
