Competition Province of Monza and Brianza, Employment Centers 2024

The Province of Monza and Brianza has announced a new one competition for graduates to be taken in Employment Centres.

Public selection involves the filling of jobs indefinitely in the role of Market instructor and employment services.

Applications to participate must be sent by July 1, 2024.

WHAT DOES THE LABOR MARKET INSTRUCTOR DO IN THE CPI

The Province of Monza and Brianza, in Lombardy, has therefore announced a competition for the hiring of five Market instructors and employment services, to be assigned to the CPI.

The Market and Employment Services Instructors carry out the following activities:

• provides reception services by profiling users and providing information for the use of services and employment measures;
• prepares administrative certifications aimed at perfecting employment status;
• conducts individual and group interviews, using tools and procedures defined by the Institution, for the identification of skills and needs, offering support for the correct knowledge of opportunities in relation to active employment policies;
• agrees with users and prepares personalized service agreements;
• carries out process management actions for activation, accompaniment and tutoring in internship or insertion and reintegration into work paths;
• monitors the outcome of the actions also for the purposes of carrying out the planning, coordination and monitoring functions carried out by the Region;
• detects the professional needs of the companies that are clients of the service;
• carries out pre-selections of personnel;
• promotes the meeting of supply and demand;
• intervenes in actions financed by the ESFalso with reference to the programs to strengthen the Employment Centres, with management and reporting activities;
• prepares the necessary administrative documents for carrying out planning functions and those of the public employment services also with reference to the targeted placement of disabled people.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

Persons in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the Employment Centers of the Province of Monza and Brianza 2024 competition, namely:

• citizenship Italian or from one of the countries of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
• age no less than 18 years;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• not have been excluded from the active political electorate;
• have not had any criminal convictions with a final sentence for crimes that constitute an impediment to employment in a public administration;
• not have been dismissed or discharged from a job in a public administration due to persistent insufficient performance or dismissed for the same reasons or for disciplinary reasons, not having been declared forfeited from employment in a public administration for having obtained it through the production of false documents or with fraudulent means;
• psycho-physical suitability for employment;
• regular position towards the compulsory military service, where applicable.

Candidates are also required to possession of a secondary school diploma.

SALARY

The following economic treatment is attached to the labor market instructors at the CPI: starting salary equal to €21,392.87 gross per year. They are also entitled to the sector allowance, the thirteenth month’s salary and any other ancillary emolument provided for in the employment contract, as well as, if due, the family allowance.

HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

The selection will consist of carrying out 2 exams: a written test and an oral test, on the following subjects:

• Ordinance of Local Authorities;
• elements of constitutional and administrative law;
• legislation on administrative procedures, right of access to documents, prevention of corruption and transparency;
• fundamental notions regarding privacy protection;;
• rights, duties and responsibilities of public employees, with particular reference to the disciplinary code and code of conduct for public employees (Presidential Decree 62/2013);
• notions of the CCNL Local Functions;
• notions of the legislation regarding administrative transparency and legislation relating to crimes against the PA;
• regulation of public employment (Legislative Decree 165/2001 and subsequent amendments);
• elements of labor law and social legislation;
• notions of state and regional legislation regarding employment services;
• notions of national and regional legislation relating to the employment of people with disabilities with particular reference to L.68/99 and Lr13/2003;
• notions of services to citizens and businesses, including targeted placement, provided by employment centres;
• notions on European legislation regarding structural funds and regional programming regarding employment services and active policies under the ESF.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for participation in the competition of the Province of Monza and Brianza for Instructors in Employment Centers must be submitted by 12:00 on July 1, 2024exclusively electronicallythrough the inPA Portal by connecting to the link on this page.

To access the platform you must authenticate using SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS credentials.

To participate in the competition, candidates are required to pay the participation fee of €10.00.

The labor market instructors will be employed by the Province of Monza and Brianza, Resources and Municipal Services Sector.

The locations of assignmentexclusively on the basis of the organizational needs of the institution, could be the Palazzo del Lavoro of the Province of Monza and Brianza and the headquarters of the special company AFOL Monza Brianza (Meda, Cesano Maderno, Monza, Seregno, Vimercate).
