The Gynecology ofArnas Garibaldi is participating in the II international congress WM Gynecological Surgery, underway in the city of Curitibain Brazilorganized by prof. William Kondo and from Dr. Monica Zomertwo of the greatest experts in the sector worldwide.
The director of the department, prof. Joseph Hectortogether with Dr. Marco D’Asta and to Dr. Carla Hector, they were called to take part in the theoretical-practical part of the pre-congress courses on hysteroscopy, ultrasound and laparoscopic sutures, as well as in the live surgery of the congress, a contribution of great importance and much appreciated by all those present.
“In gynecology, particularly in the field of endometriosis” – said the prof. Joseph Hector – a constant comparison of innovations, methods of diagnosis and therapy, of all techniques to improve the quality of life of women and the protection of fertility is necessary. Thanks to the collaboration with the prof. William Kondo and with the Dr. Monica Zomeras well as the friend’s contribution prof. Armando Romeo” – recalled the prof. Hector – “a training and development project has been consolidated that will help the Endometriosis Center growArnas Garibaldi and soon place itself among the most accredited in Italy”.
From 20 to 22 November, the city of Catania will host the X Mediterranean Endo-Gynaecological Surgery Congress.
