For Delvecchio, a fascinating challenge after six years of fruitful work as manager of the youth sector of Lecce (previously experiences as manager of the technical area of Barletta and apical point of the youth sector in Bari) and a stint as deputy sporting director in Serie A in Verona, making use of its ability to identify talented players in the top flight and contributing with sporting director Sean Sogliano to the preparation of the Hellas squad and the salvation of the team with a round to spare in a difficult season. Now at 46, Delvecchio is starting a two-year journey in Cosenza. Bringing a piece of the City of Challenge to the Serie B championship.
