“Work on the so-called Colle Rosa project will begin shortly, in the locality of La Botte, in the municipality of Guidonia, through the funds of the Pnrr (National Restart and Resilience Plan): a health facility will be built in this area, managed by the ASL Rm5 , which includes clinics and beds.

The complex in via Colle Rosa in La Botte, a hamlet of the municipality of Guidonia Montecelio

This is a property seized in recent years.

The process starts with the previous municipal administration, which acquired the seized properties. Subsequently, with this administration, there was an acceleration of the project, through a series of official acts in the relevant institutional bodies.

First of all, the competent offices together with the technicians developed and perfected the various procedures. Then, there were the various steps in the competent council commissions, and in the city council, where, among other things, the urban planning variant to the current master plan was approved. Furthermore, the thirty-year agreement with the local health authority was signed.

This is a project that saw the sharing of all the political forces of the council, both majority and opposition, demonstrating how the interest of the community must always represent a priority for the institutions.

Personally, I would like to express my profound satisfaction, both as a public administrator and as a citizen.

For these reasons, I avoided commenting on this topic during the electoral campaign for the European elections, precisely to avoid any exploitation.

It is an important measure for the local community. Among other things, in this way answers are provided on a delicate issue such as health care, in a peripheral area of the city. Furthermore, the program will also include the creation of a cycle path, which aims to combine the efficiency of traffic with environmental sustainability.

This healthcare structure, in addition to guaranteeing services in less central areas, will at the same time be useful for decongesting public hospitals, and perhaps reducing the congestion of emergency rooms”.
