The very young Argentinian Paulina Bogue has opened a new place with South American cheerfulness. In Italy for just two years, Paulina, who is now 21, decided to move to our country to open a business also thanks to the collaboration of some young compatriots like her. “Since I was a child I had the desire to open a place together with my family, but the economic context in my country is still very difficult and I therefore decided to make my dream come true in Italy also to help my family here. – declares Paulina Bogue – I chose Cesena for the warmth of Romagna, which has similar characteristics to those of Argentina. Furthermore, for me it is an opportunity to raise awareness of our specialties. In the restaurant I offer aperitifs with typical Argentine products, such as the Malbec red wine which comes from Mendoza, the New Age white wine which I accompany with typical empanadas, tasty parcels and sandwiches de miga, based on family recipes. But we are open from the morning, I like to give joy to my customers from the start of the day”.

The place is called LaBoghè, from a dialectal form of his surname, and opened in Corso Garibaldi 40b, on the corner of the Isei Gallery, a short distance from the Bonci Theater and near the Sacro Cuore car park which will be made public within the year. The mayor of Cesena Enzo Lattuca, the president of Fipe Angelo Malossi and the vice-president of Confcommercio Alverio Andreoli took part in the inauguration which took place on Saturday 8 June.
