On Thursday 26 June the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Lombardia are organizing the third edition of the ‘Main Regional Summit 2024’, renewing the annual meeting for discussion with institutions, companies and protagonists in the Lombardy region. At the center of the 2024 Summit, which this year will be held in the splendid setting of the Palazzo Ducale in Mantua, the relationship between the new generations and the entrepreneurial world: a theme around which the report by the President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Lombardia, Jacopo, will be developed Moschini, at the opening of the conference, and who will be the leitmotif of the debates.
In particular, during the round tables, moderated by the Mediaset journalist and presenter Stefania Scordio, we will talk about how politics can support the growth of young people, how to communicate with the new generations, the tools available to innovate and how to attract and retain talent in the company with a particular focus on the role of associations.
To explore the opportunities and changes that contemporary challenges also impose on Confindustria, a discussion is planned between the President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Lombardia, Jacopo Moschini, and his colleague and Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Maria Anghileri, moderated by the Radio host Deejay Gianluca Gazzoli.
During the Summit, the UniversityBox project ‘Meet your future’ will also be presented, created to bring together and facilitate partnerships between companies and young talents from Lombardy, and during the event a survey will be carried out among the participants with the aim of taking the pulse of perception and knowledge that young people have of the entrepreneurial world and the job market.
