UDINE – An important free training meeting will be held on Saturday 15 June at La’ Di Moret, aimed at voluntary associations that organize temporary events with the provision of food and drinks. The event will start at 8.15 and will be an unmissable opportunity to present the “Manual of correct hygiene practice for the administration of food and drinks during temporary events organized by local voluntary associations”.

The meeting, organized by Objective Benessere in collaboration with local, regional and national health authorities, is accredited and supported by PrimaCassa Credito Cooperativo FVG. The event is aimed at all voluntary associations that operate in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, with the aim of guaranteeing high food safety standards during their events.

Event details

The meeting will be moderated by journalist Monica Bertarelli and will officially begin at 9. Registration of participants is scheduled for 8.45. Among the speakers, important experts in the food safety sector stand out:

Nicola Santiniof the General Directorate for Hygiene, Food Safety and Nutrition of the Ministry of Health – Rome.

The meeting will be started by the general director of PrimaCassa Fvg and president of Objective Benessere, Marco Pontello.
