A place for “avocado lovers” and “coffee addicts”, a place dedicated to brunch, a meal that falls between breakfast and lunch (the word brunch is, in fact, the union of the English words breakfast and lunch). The format opens on Saturday 15 June in Piazza Matteotti, 11/A Brunch Republic, already present in other nearby cities such as Treviso and Padua. On the menu are dishes “that you would like to eat in the morning after having celebrated until late”.

You can order sweet and savory pancakes, French and avocado toast, muffins, donuts, eggs Benedict or bagels with smoked salmon, finishing with different types of salads. A varied menu that satisfies both those who love sweets and those who prefer savory options. Dishes accompanied by coffee, juices, smoothies, milkshakes and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, all very colourful.

On the Facebook page we read a particular definition: “Hangover recovery since 2016”, literally translated “remedy for hangovers since 2016”. Will it be true? The specialty, however, will also be brunch but, given that the restaurant is open until the evening, the “all day breakfast” formula is more consistent.

It is a franchise specialized in this type of culinary offering which was born in Mestre in 2016. It is the first place specializing in breakfasts with an international flavor in Italy, the homeland of “cappuccio e brioche”. After having improved the culinary offering to offer a menu that includes a variety of recipes that adapt to any moment of the day, from breakfast to lunch, from aperitif to dinner, a second restaurant opens in Treviso. In 2023 it is the turn of Florence, Padua and Vicenza. This year they opened in Modena, Riccione and, from Saturday 15 June, in Udine.
