The police tracked him down in a hotel in Desenzano del Garda, after he carried out an armed robbery in the province of Como. Thus a 16-year-old was stopped by the police, together with four other members of the gang who on the evening of 19 December 2023, at approximately 10.45pm, had committed a robbery in a shop in Mozzate.
That evening three people, with their faces hidden, two of whom were armed with guns, had entered the businessand one of them immediately headed towards the owner, hitting him on the back of the head and taking around 4000 euros in cash from the cash register, then running away in a car that was waiting outside the premises, with another accomplice acting as ” pole”.
Yesterday, the soldiers of the NOR-Aliquota Operativa, at the end of months of investigations and checks, closed the circle.
Among those arrested was a 16-year-old, found in a hotel in lower Garda, a convicted felon of foreign origins, considered very dangerous, who in addition to the charge of complicity in aggravated robbery and illegal possession of weapons, will have to serve another year and a half of approximately two other robberies committed in 2022, one in Mozzate and the other in the Province of Varese.
