Last appointment scheduled for the month of June of the literary review Alessandrine stories: a book, many lives – curated by Albino Neri and Mauro Remotti -, and promoted by: Friends of the Gambarina Ethnographic Museum, Alessandria in Pista, Marchesi del Monferrato cultural club, Circolo provincial of the Press, Christian Workers Movement of Alessandria, Alessandrina Society of Italian Studies, Spazioidea and Unitre Alessandria.
On Tuesday 18 June, at 5.30 pm, in the room of the “Once upon a time” Museum, in Piazza della Gambarina n.1, the presentation of the book Dispacci da una stella castello calle sole by Giorgio Bona will take place (published by I libri of Mompracem), who will dialogue with Marco Grassano. Musical accompaniment by Carlo Fortunato.
Dispatches from a star called the sun is the title of a famous song by Viktor Tšoj, leader and frontman of “I Kinò”, the most popular band in Russia in the 1980s, at the end of real socialism. In these articles Giorgio Bona draws a singular map of Russia. Through songs and poems he puts together the before and after and proposes different points of view, also useful for understanding the present. From Vladimir Vitžoskj and Viktor Tšoj, from songwriting to rock which finds roots in the great poetic tradition of Marina Tsvetaeva, Sergej Yesenin and Osip Mandelstam: a way to rediscover the strength of the word despite everything, in difficult times.
